It had been a little less than a couple of months that I hadn't connected here.
It's great to come back fulfilled.
During this time, I went away, with my DSLR, I went and explored new styles, forging a much more strong post-processing and developing an experience in portraits and street/photojournalist style through some assignments that I've volunteered to do this year. I earned by myself a little bit more confidence and thoughts behind my different projects. I bought myself a 50 mm and have now a tripod, but, most importantly, I feel that I'm a step further in this never-ending journey that is photography.
I've also began to fill my new Wordpress blog with some more (let's say) "professional things" and I am now ready to go on for some more adventures during summer. Although I am not ready to go in the professional world of photography, my goal has evolved into something that I could earned experience, social skills and techniques from. And of course, meeting with passionate folks around the world, whether it is through showing me your projects or just talking about events, projects, photography meetings, whatever! I am very open-minded and would love to communicate more to achieve my goals and by that, reaching a point where I would be completely free in the way I handle my projects but at the same time, get the chance to promote local things and help people to capture great moments.
Yours truly,
Émilie Roy
